Binance US CEO Bullish Bitcoin Would Hit $100,000 By End of 2021

Bitcoin

The CEO of the US arm of Binance, Catherine Coley, is optimistic that Bitcoin will continue to surge to hit $100,000 by the end of 2021. Coley is bullish on Bitcoin as the top digital asset continues to pull in gains and record more highs.

According to the CEO, the continuous increase in the price of Bitcoin can be tied to the rise in institutional investors. Coley highlighted the reason behind the BTC surge while speaking on KTLA Weekend Morning News on the 2nd of January. She added:

“Where maybe we thought maybe $50,000 made sense, this number is definitely going to be a little bit higher than that in my opinion. I think we’re going towards $75,000 to $100,000 for Bitcoin by the end of 2021.”

Before now, there have been other bullish predictions on BTC. In July 2020, Kraken head of business, Dan Held, predicted that Bitcoin would reach $1 million. In a recent YouTube video, Held expressed Bitcoin bullishness and is confident that the digital asset will double in value. Held stated that BTC is poised to further growth as the king coin gains more recognition globally.

At press time, Bitcoin is down 4.96% in the last 24 hours and currently trading at $31,163.01 with a market cap of about $582 billion.
