Ethereum and its dApps(decentralized Application) is losing its place as the forerunner of technology due to its scaling issues and the CEO and Founder of the Tron Foundation suggested developers to stop deploying dApps on Ethereum Blockchain and shift to Tron.
The bold statement by Sun came after Afri Schoedon, a developer took to Twitter to announce that Ethereum network was at its full capacity. Schoedon’s statement was inspired by the clogging the network due to cryptokittes. He notes that one should shift their important ‘stuff’ to Ethereum Classic’s network. He stated on Twitter:
“Please stop deploying d-apps to Ethereum. We are running at capacity. Use
$ETC,$POA, or whatever else is available and bridge important stuff, these networks have plenty of capacity and are well supported by MyCrypto, MetaMask, etc.
Sun stated in relation to his argument:
“Yes! Please stop deploying d-apps to Ethereum and migrate to
#TRON network immediately! We are 100x faster than#ETH and fully compatible with#ethereum. We 100% guarantee better user experience!”
At the time of writing, Blocktivity reported that the Ethereum blockchain was at its full capacity at press time and in addition, there are more than 59000 pending transactions.
The Co-Founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, disagrees to the aforementioned statement. He states that several dApps can undergo gas utilization optimization and if dApp takes up a lot of gas, other dApps will be forced to utilize gas more efficiently.
The Tron Virtual Machine is claimed to be completely compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine. Sun noted at the launch of the TVM that Ethereum Virtual Machine developers can shift to the Tron platform for “almost free” and quite easily due to its compatibility. The virtual machine marks the next level of the evolvement of Tron.

The Tron dApp ecosystem is divided into 3 parts, Developer tools, Engine Tools and 3rd Partly Tools. During the launch of the beta version, CTO of Tron Lucien stated that the developer tools include TronWeb, TronLink, Tron Truffle and Tron Remix. The aforementioned tools are quite similar to that of Ethereum’s tools. Recently, Tron Web was released, which is in the same line of Ethereum’s Web.js. Whereas TronLink is equivalent to Ethereum’s Metamask, Tron Truffle to Ethereum’s Truffle and the remix is Tron’s version of Ethereum’s remix.
