Liverpool Has Its First Bitcoin ATM Now

Anyone fancying a flutter on the cryptocurrency market can now do just that after Liverpool’s first Bitcoin ATM was installed at the Herman Vapes Cases Street. Alphavend, which is the UK Digital Currency ATM operator has teamed up with Herman Vapes.

The Bitcoin ATM will cater to the needs of the cryptocurrency enthusiasts where the bitcoin ATM will offer customers the convenience of purchasing Bitcoin, right in the centre of Liverpool. The place is also very close to the Liverpool Central Station, and a few minutes walk from Liverpool Lime St.

The Bitcoin ATM’s full address is 15 Cases St, L1 1HW and the opening hours are 10.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12.00pm – 4.00pm on Sundays

Alphavend will now be installing more Bitcoin ATM machines around the country in the coming months, to keep in line with the ever growing interest of the people for cryptocurrencies. Demand for Bitcoin has never been higher, as the number of people either investing or using Bitcoin as a cost-effective way of sending money around the world, keeps on growing.

At the same time, the first commercial cryptocurrency ATM in South Africa is now opened. Vendibit, a South African blockchain firm is the one to open theis ATM inside the Spar-Northwold in Johannesburg.

The cryptocurrency ATM will process digital currencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and the South African Rand. People will also be able to send and receive peer-to-peer, without a bank.
