Popular TV host Max Keiser has announced a very bullish prediction for Bitcoin. Keiser has quadrupled his last price target to $400,000 which he announced back in 2012.
Keiser was a guest on Alex Jones’ Infowars show. During the show, Keiser suggested that his old prediction was a little too careful. Speaking to Jones, Keiser said:
“I am officially raising my target for Bitcoin – and I first made this prediction when it was $1. I said this could go to $100,000 – I’m raising my official target for the first time in eight years, I’m raising it to $400,000.”
Bitcoin is currently trading at $9,639 after scaling $10,000 recently. A $400,000 price forecast is a lot more bullish than even the most optimistic forecasts. It also promises amazing returns for anyone who decides to get into the market today. Keiser, however, did not put a timeframe to his prediction.
Just last week, Kryptomoney reported that Morgan Creek Digital co-founder and partner Anthony Pompliano predicted that Bitcoin will hit $100,000. His own prediction set a timeframe for the end of December 2021.
Bitcoin’s halving is coming up in May and it is probably the most anticipated crypto event for 2020. If Bitcoin ever hits $400,000, it’s unlikely it will happen anytime around the halving.
