The AutoFair dealership in Merrimack, New Hampshire, U.S, sold a 2012 Ford Fusion entirely in Dash. AnyPay, a cryptocurrency point-of-sale app, was utilized and the transaction was processed at a cost of $8,316, almost 40.68405 dash, paid in full and up front.

Which implies that both buyer and dealership earns an additional 5% discount, capped at $1,000 total value per purchase.
Freeman, the new car owner has been part of the crypto ecosystem from last 10 years. He states that it has now become normal to use bitcoin or dash as payment, especially in New Hampshire. The list includes Branch and Blade Brewing, Wilder Automotive, Free State Bitcoin Shoppe, White Mountains Helicopter, Thirsty Owl Bar and Grill, Cycles Etc, and Portsmouth School of Ballet. Notably, over 3,500 businesses worldwide accept Dash.
Freeman brings attention to the reasons according to him that a dash is a viable form of payment for daily purchases. Most notably the token respects the business owner and it gives the user dash-back every time they spend. He said:
“Spend $10 on a sandwich at Fezziwigs? Boom, $1 dash comes right back into my wallet as an instant rebate. It is automatic. Nothing to sign up for or do. You just use it, and it works. Magic.”
