On April 18, the price of Ripple was in the bullish trend zone, however, XRP bulls were unable to break the $0.35 resistance level which led to the termination of the bullish trend. If the bulls are unable to defend the price level of $0.33000, the XRP price is likely to decline to the low at $0.32600.

Ripple price will rise if the bulls maintain the $0.33000 price level and if more buyers emerge at the upper price level. The price will then retest the $0.35 price level. In the meantime, the Stochastic indicator is in the oversold region while above the 20% range, suggesting that the price of Ripple is in a bullish trend and a buy signal.

XRPUSD Short-term Price Prediction

Looking at the 4-hour chart, the XRPUSD price is bearish in the short-term. Yesterday, the pair climbed to a high of $0.34781 and a trend line was drawn to determine its duration. Nevertheless, the bulls tested the $0.35 price level and met resistance. The bullish trend has been technically terminated.

On April 18, a bearish candlestick broke the trend line and a confirmation candlestick closing after it. The bears broke the 12-day as well as the 26-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) to reach the low at $0.33236. XRPUSD price was ranging below the EMAs. If the bearish momentum continues, the price of XRP may continue its decline.

However, if Ripple price holds at the support level of $0.33, the crypto’s price will probably commence its bullish trend. In the meantime, the Stochastic indicator is in the oversold region while below the 60% range, which suggests that the price of XRP is in a bearish trend and a sell signal.
