The ever-optimistic founder of TRON, Justin Sun has set some massive goals for his network to achieve this year. One of them includes becoming the 4th largest crypto by market capitalization while evolving their ecosystem larger than that of Ethereum.
Popular crypto influencer Tommy Mustache, who sums up Sun’s ambitions in his Tweet, asserts that his achievements at a young age make him a force within the community to reckon with.
Tron had reached all the milestones it had set out to achieve for 2018.
Here are Justin predictions for 2019. One of them is to take Tron to the top 4 ranking on CMC by the end of 2019.

While the current price point of the token does not reflect the work it has done, 2019 is expected to be the year where the coin starts to blossom. The platform’s groundwork and infrastructure to support a rise in valuation are almost ready and now the question is not if, but when.
Under a year, from October 2017 to October 2018, TRON managed to grow from the 43rd biggest crypto to the 11th biggest. While reaching in the top 4 seems just a few steps away, TRON progression to the spot will also depend on how rest of the coins on the top fare.
Notably, situations seem to favor TRON as two of the top 10 coins, Bitcoin ABC, and Bitcoin SV isn’t very stable at the moment. While EOS, Litecoin, and Stellar, are performing well, they did not create as much buzz as TRON.

Vitalik Buterin and Justin Sun have a tense relationship that goes back to the origins of TRON. Buterin has extensively criticized Sun’s blatant plagiarism in TRON’s whitepaper, taking excerpts directly from IPFS and FileCoin, and then using code without attribution.
Since then, Sun has been non-stop on Buterin back. In June 2018, Sun had given a list of reasons for why he thinks his product is better than Buterin’s.
