Cryptocurrency markets take another leap towards mainstream crypto adoption as Yahoo Finance quietly integrated the buying and selling of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC) on its platform. A user can now check the latest price data of the four major coins and buy them by clicking “Buy” option which will offer them to choose their crypto broker, i.e. Coinbase or Robinhood.
At the moment, statistics for other digital currencies such as Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum Classic (ETC) or EOS, Ripple’s XRP, Stellar XLM, Bitcoin Cash are available on the platform, but without a buy and sell option. The development has surely intrigued and ensured the crypto community a better future in terms of crypto adoption. Anthony Pompliano, the founder of Morgan Creek Digital and a Crypto enthusiast, shared his enthusiasm with a Tweet :

Yahoo facilitates the new crypto trading option the same way it handles stocks – through TradeIt, an API that links retail investors and app developers with any online financial broker. So far, the option is only available in the US.
