Here’s How TRON Mainnet Will Outshine Ethereum’s Mainnet

TRON had been in the headlines since the last one month, over its migration from Ethereum to its own mainnet, and also rewarding users for migrating from ethereum mainnet.

On May 31st, TRON, one of the largest blockchain based operating systems in the world successfully launched their Mainnet. It is the most popular and discussed event inside the crypto-world.

June 25th will be marked as Tron’s Independence Day, post migration of tokens. With 1.08 million TRX holders, Tron is the number one token on Ethereum leaving behind EOS with 360K.

TRX Founder Justin Sun, has been repeatedly challenging Ethereum in the open saying how TRON mainnet is ready to outshine Ethereum’s platform. Here’s how:

• The number of commits for the TRON Odyssey 2.0 is admirable for such a young project. TRON has already accumulated 2,153  commits on Github. The MainNet has also accomplished to merge 547 forks, released 15 software iterations and added 103 new features. The team has also carried out 384 unit tests to ensure code security, done 461 functional tests, reviewed the code numerous and determined it is ready.
• TRON aims to create a more efficient, developer-friendly platform for dApps that is not encumbered by scaling and maintains high throughput as a blockchain-based operating system.
• TRON will offer developers USD$100,000 loans that will help resolve the budget shortage and support subsequent R&D and operations. Once eligibility for TRX LOAN is verified, applicants will receive the equivalent of USD$100,000 in digital assets from the TRX Foundation. Within 6-24 hours, the disbursement will be made after a project is chosen for funding.
• On April 21, In order to show its gesture of gratefulness for Ethereum’s support to TRX during the ERC20 phase, TRON declared it has earmarked 30M TRX airdrop to the Ethereum community as. Many people thought of this to be a strategy to lure users to shift from Ethereum to TRON mainnet, which was actually true since now TRON team has come forward on several occasions to show that their platform is now a competitor to Ethereum’s.
•  The blockchain will be powered by 27 “Super Representatives” who have yet to be selected. They are currently competing to host the backbone of the network and will be selected in a vote by TRX hodlers. The model is far different than Ethereum, which allows anyone to spin up a node. Currently there are more than 15,000 Ethereum nodes online.
